We needed oil and a filter for our gti. I'm pretty picky with my stuff but Matt was sure to reassure me about the parts and oil I was buying and even related to us saying he runs the same oil and that the filter was a good choice for European cars. I did some research and sure enough he was on point with everything he had mentioned.
Very friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking staff, even at the end of a long day ON A FRIDAY.

Nice little parts shop, been in and out several times over the past couple of years finding parts for my various vehicles. Guys at the back are super helpful and front staff are friendly with check out. This is definitely my go to shop for parts and repairs. Highly recommended.
All though I forget the name of the gentleman who helped me at the parts counter, I remember him being extremely helpful and professional. I appreciate this level of customer service. I purchased a rotor which ended up being defective. The part held up for 5000kms of use before failing. Instead of writing a negative review, I took initiative to contact head office about the defective part. I explained in the clearest way possible what it is that I was experiencing. Nikki who responded to the email was very kind and professional, she also guided me with exceptional service.

I stopped by at the store today and one of the SR asked me to see SR from another desk.
I reached that empty desk and in few minutes SR showed up on his desk. He ignored me and decided to answer phone call. After three calls there were more calls getting transferred to him despite me standing in front of him.
Somehow I manage to strike a conversation and get the product I wanted.
Don't waste your time driving up to the store. Phone customers are more important to this store than walk ins.
Have yet to have a bad experience with Lordco. Pricing on some things may be completely out to lunch (oxygen sensors for 03 civic we tried to order a couple weeks ago 10x more expensive than rock auto) but most of the time the convenience of having parts in stock when you need them, or being able to overnight special orders (upgraded head gasket we ordered the day our old one blew up) makes the little extra worth it.

I needed a pre cat O2 sensor but I came in near closing and was not able to get it due to it being in the warehouse. They had it sent to the rutland location for the next day and I was able to get my part and fix my car. It was great customer service and experience. I would go back again.
Girl with purple hair very rude and uncomfortable to be around. I go to Lordco for all my auto needs and the one time I needed to make a simple return she became very unpleasant. I'll try other options before going back to that store.
Lordco opens at 8am, I called and had the phone ring for a literal 3 minutes and have been put on hold for 30 mins so far, first thing in the morning. Either they are horrible at customer service or they are so disorganized that they have a ton of things to do after the shop has opened that should've been done prior to serving the public during service hours. Can't get through to ask one question. Extremely irritating. Step it up you guys.
Update: Called back and tried asking quickly about a part and the SR said he's helping a customer (for 35mins?) tried telling him I've been on hold for 30mins and he rudely placed me on hold in the middle of my sentence.
